We'll give you the full shopping list at the end of the video.  Make sure you have these pantry staples before you shop.  Here's what you'll be making this week.  On Monday, you’ll be making quick and easy vegetarian Black Bean Quesadillas.  All you need is a can of black beans, salsa, Monterrey Jack cheese, whole-wheat tortillas and avocado.  On Tuesday, grill up some great-tasting burgers with lean ground turkey, shredded romaine, a whole-grain baguette and, for added flavor, grilled red onion and mango chutney.  On Wednesday, you’ll make healthy homemade chicken nuggets with blackberry-mustard dipping sauce in the same amount of time it would take to cook packaged nuggets.  All you need are blackberries, whole-grain mustard, chicken tenders and cornmeal for that great crunch without deep-frying.  On Thursday, you'll serve up chicken breasts stuffed with pimiento cheese.  Using smoked Gouda cheese, pimientos, scallions and boneless, skinless chicken breasts.  It's so easy, you can double the recipe for a mid-week dinner party.  On Friday, you'll have dinner on the table in just 15 minutes with Five-Spice Tilapia.  All it takes is papilla with a glaze of Chinese five-spice powder, soy sauce, scallions and brown sugar.  Get these five healthy recipes, plus a shopping list for the week, at eatingwell.com/onebag.
